Lacking mininum services

Dissatisfied Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Hotel is well located near the airport and my place of business, but apart from the nice decor, it is lacking minimum guest services, like working soap dispensers, and what is that thing in the bathroom?, shampoo/soap/conditioner and lotion all in one?, impossible! Had to get basic toiletries from the pharmacy down the road. And don't get me started on the ironing situation, you have to get out of your room and iron your clothes on a single shared ironing board and iron, in the middle of the hallway, disgusting.

I signed in online to get room ahead of time, but when I got there they gave me a double bed room and charged me extra $$

I have reviewed your case and I see that I only pay the rate I had booked, there had been talk of an additional cost since it was not counted at that time in single room only double, and for the time of early arrival at the time of entry would have to be charged, however I see that the entrance was authorized without additional cost.
