This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had, and I strongly urge others to stay away. We visited in winter as a family with small children, and the rooms were freezing cold. When we politely asked for a solution or a room change, the staff's behavior was shockingly rude and disrespectful. They shouted at us and even went to the extreme of calling the police, just because we requested basic comfort. We paid extra for breakfast, but it was a disaster. The food was either empty or nonexistent, and despite having paid for it, some of our family members were denied access to breakfast. This level of service is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. The key cards never worked properly and we had to go back to the lobby every night to fix them. Other than that the parking space was very tight and very hard to navigate through. Overall, the hotel has terrible services, disrespectful staff, and a complete lack of hospitality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. Worst experience ever!

We stayed for 2 nights prior to joining a tour departing from Rome. The apartment was spacious and the onsite self-service laundry was very useful. Having public transport so close is really good.

We tried this hotel as part of the Accor Group but were disappointed through our stay. When we reached the hotel, we had asked for an early check-in but it seems it would not be possible as the apartment wouldnt be ready, even though we had paid extra for the early checkin. After a lot of conversations, we were told that our room would be ready. The normal check-in and check-out times are odd - check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. So in case one is arriving early on a long flight, or leaving late, there is an issue. We went into the room only to realize that it is quite bare. Some basic things like a space to keep suitcases and open them werent there hence every time we wanted to open a bag, we would have to sit down, pull the suitcase in front, open the top of the suitcase and then look for what we wanted. We asked for water and coffee but were informed it was alll chargeable. We were staying for 5 days / 4 nights but were told that cleaning would be done only once a week so if we wanted the rooms to be cleaned, it was chargeable. There were hardly any sockets in the rooms to charge devices, so we removed the TV plug from the socket and charged our phones there. The floor was wooden so got cold if the temperature outside fell. The clothes washing / laundry facility is not convenient. The machine is somewhere in the basement and isnt easy to reach. Breakfast was definitely not value for money at the cost and what was being offered in that cost. In our second stay here before we left Italy (we had paid earlier so couldn't cancel our second reservation), we were allotted a room on the 5th floor which meant climbing a flight of stairs after entering the room. We had large bags so asked for a change but were informed that no other rooms are available. After refusing to move there, a lady who was the senior person allotted another room to us. However, the heater in the room was not working. It was tough as I was running a little fever and the room was cold. Next day morning someone came to repair it. Location wise, even though it seems as if this hotel is convenient for touring, it isn't. Even though the train station is close by to the hotel, one has to change trains atleast once before arriving here. And sometimes that might involve taking an overground train. Avoidable to stay here.

Well I would definitely stay here again. Close to Vatican. A bus or a train ride to any of the famous sites. I thought are apartment was perfect Great size for the family of 4. Great kitchen and equipped too. Are balcony was massive Lots of room looking onto the pool. The pool was fantastic Great for kids and very clean and life guard on too. Local Conad about 5 / 10 min walk and coffee shops too.

We arrived and were rather disappointed with being told that the pool was closed. The staff did not know when it opened again. We chose this hotel outside the city center due to the pool.. so shortly after check in we asked if there was any way we could cancel our stay. A refund was not possible, but they offered an upgrade to a bigger apartment. The way they handled it was very professional! And we apologised for our reaction as the pool opened the next day. The staff were generally very sweet! However there are a few reasons this hotel does not get 5/5: 1. We had booked a hotel room, not an apartment, but it was treated as such. We had to empty the bins ourselves, get shower gel and toiletpaper in the reception and there was no cleaning for the 5 days we were there. 2. The breakfast was boring and had a very, very small selection. It is not properly filled and there is no control on cutlery in the food.. meaning possible contamination. 3. The rooms are nothing like their pictures! They are worn down, old fashioned and with dark heavy furniture. Lamp shades that are broken and askew. A cabinet door in the kitchen was broken. Slight mould under bathroom window. 4. Location - as mentioned, we knew the hotel was not in the center of Rome. If you stay here you have be prepared for the Italian public transport. No timetables and expect canceled busses. It is not uncommon to wait 15-30 minutes for a bus. I might stay here again, I might not.
