Noisy, window seals and handle broken, carpet lump near lift (major health & safety issue). Breakfast toaster fire risk- too close to round pillar which was burnt and toaster was smoking- a major health & safety issue! Bag handling rough. AC system heating only coukd not cool our room. Overall all 14 group was very dissapointed!

The hotel above has rooms that are not clean and are also small in size. The hotel staff is untidy and disorganized, and they have the big problem of not being able to speak an international language, and the housekeeping staff does the job of cleaning the room in the worst and most uncommitted manner.

Abcd Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

This hotel’s location is on a very busy road. The rooms have windows without any sound proof!! You hear non stop street noise throughout the day and night. The room AC is centrally controlled, if you want a decent temperature to sleep in your room, you have to open the windows, which will result in doubling up the street noise. The staff on the other hand is very helpfull, trying their best to help you, also the breakfast was the best service in the hotel. Everything served fresh in the breakfast buffet and the waiters work tirelessly. From the reception to house keeping the staff deserves 10 but because of the uncomfortable rooms, it only gets 3 stars from me. I would not go back to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone I know.

I arrived evening to the hotel and there was a lady in the reception name of Elisa. She helped me very well she welcomed me with a perfectly good smiling, and she was very kind with her all beauty. Her aura was very good who welcome to the guest she passed her energy to me.
