É a segunda vez que venho me hospedar no hotel Ibis,todas as duas vezes foi maravilhoso experiência única,cama macia, ducha gostosa, ambiente tranquilo, limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos,fora o café da manhã maravilhoso, sempre que vier em ponta Porã com certeza ficarei nesse hotel. gratidão pela estadia maravilhosa Breve voltarei Luciana de Aquino

Funcionários rudes, indelicados e deselegantes. Nem um pouco receptivos ou simpáticos. Mesmo que o hotel não esteja em uma cidade turística, acredito que o mínimo que se espera é a gentileza, o que não há nessa unidade do Ibis. Na chegada, quando questionei para a funcionária que estava me atendendo sobre o valor da diária, outro funcionário veio rudemente respondendo que o valor das diárias eram flutuantes (eu não sabia que tinha isso no Ibis, mas enfim). No dia seguinte, estava tomando café da manhã, quando chega a funcionária e fala com rispidez: “acabou o horário do café”, como se estivesse me expulsando do salão. Em outros hotéis nunca fui recebida assim. Perguntam se quero me servir de mais alguma coisa e falam gentilmente que estão encerrando o café da manhã, sem problema algum. Enfim, acredito que quem trabalha em rede hoteleira recebe treinamento para receber os clientes, algo que não ocorreu nessa unidade do Ibis. Decepção total.

Uma excelente surpresa! Super bem localizado, limpo, de bom gosto, silencioso, moderno, funcionários simpáticos e bem treinados.Minha reserva não incluía café da manhã porém quando dei uma olhada fiquei muito animada, muito variado com frutas, sucos frios pães e bolos por $38,00, valeu cada centavo. Super indicado!

Best hotel choice in Ponta Pora

Everything was as expected and even better during my stay, the hotel is strategically located on the border to Paraguay, with the famous China Shopping in walking distance (about 7 minutes), very close to the airport and close to the bus terminal. All the staff is very helpful and nice , specially Mr. Gustavo (the hotel manager) and Ms. Mirna (reception). Rooms are well maintained and clean, with basic but very well organized and smart furniture. The only things that could be better are the acoustic insulation of the doors (you can hear clearly what happens in the hallway) , but this is a common thing in most hotels in Brazil and South America and the other thing is the choice of TV channels which is limited and the image is not very clear. Breakfast it good with a reasonable choice of food and is served in the bright breaks fast room in front of the reception where there is also a small bar which features reasonably priced drinks and food. Wi-Fi is stable and available in all parts of the property. If you come by car the parking is complimentary. For sure this hotel is the number one choice in Ponta Pora!

Variety of food for breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Personnel very polite. Good location nearby Pedro Juan Caballero frontier line. Good price for what you get. The only problem are the apartament doors which are very noisy when you close them, you can hear everyone closing and opening their doors from your bedroom
