While we are pleased to know that you appreciated our location, rooms, and the warm hospitality extended by our breakfast team—especially Debdyuti and Mipi—we are truly concerned and disappointed to learn that your interactions with our front office team did not meet expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the behaviour you encountered. Hospitality and courtesy are fundamental to our service philosophy, and it is disheartening to hear that you found our front‑of‑house team unfriendly and unhelpful. Your remarks have been taken very seriously, and the matter has been addressed with the team through additional training, coaching, and closer supervision to ensure that every guest receives the warmth and professionalism they deserve. A welcoming attitude is non‑negotiable, and we are committed to correcting this immediately. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our “Hi‑Tea” experience. We regret that it did not meet the traditional expectations of a high tea selection. Your comments have been shared with our food and beverage team, and we are reviewing the menu to ensure a more varied and authentic experience for our guests going forward. Dear Mr. Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay with us. We truly regret to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your candid comments as they help us identify areas requiring immediate attention. We are pleased to note that you found the room clean and the bed comfortable. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in providing towels upon arrival, the absence of a second room key, and the lack of in‑room amenities such as USB points and milk. Your observations regarding the condition of the shower blind, furniture, wallpaper, and shower fittings have been taken very seriously and shared with our engineering and housekeeping teams for corrective action. We regret that our dining experience fell short during your visit. Your feedback regarding limited buffet variety, delayed bread service, unavailable à la carte items, and the inability to post charges to the room is noted with concern and is being reviewed by our food and beverage leadership to improve consistency, availability, and service efficiency. Regarding the gym facilities, we are particularly concerned by your comments about the treadmills. Guest safety is of utmost importance to us, and this matter has been escalated for immediate inspection and rectification. We apologize that your feedback was not acted upon as promptly as it should have been. We also regret the delays you experienced at the bar. This is certainly not the service standard we aspire to, and additional supervision and staffing reviews are being undertaken to ensure more attentive service. While we understand your disappointment with the hotel’s star positioning, please be assured that we take such feedback very seriously and are committed to continuous improvement across our facilities and service delivery.
