Personale alla ricezione incompetente e non in grado di eseguire un check in e un pagamento del soggiorno in maniera corretta. Dopo aver pagato la prima volta il soggiorno si sono accorti di aver sbagliato (hanno eseguito il pagamento su Ibis Budget e non Ibis Styles-gli hotel hanno la stessa ricezione). Avrebbero potuto risolvere la questione “internamente” ma hanno voluto stornare e eseguire un nuovo pagamento. A tutt’oggi, dallo storico della mia carta di credito, sono presenti entrambi i prelievi e nessuno storno. Spero che sia solo un ritardo dato dalla carta di credito e non un loro errore.
