The bed was terrible, after a long journey i checked in hotel and decided to sleep a little bit, after 2 hours i woke up with a pain in my back. İn the middle of bed, there was a huge pit. Because of old , deformed mattress. As soon as I requested from reception to change the room, but the administor Maria said that they can not because i have used the room i need to pay for the change of room....i never expect this attitude from Accor :((

Dear All, I can only compliment your hotel in many ways: the room is very nice and neat, you have everything you need for a comfy stay, there is no kettle, but cooler on the floor is a good option to have. In spite of the weather, we had a great stay and walk around the city. Thank you to the team for a warm welcome, Will be definitely coming back.

We were very pleased with this service, stuff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the main thing is mattresses were just perfect, comfortable. We were three people staying in the hotel: 2 adults and a child, we were renting 2 spare rooms. I have to admit breakfasts were good as well. I believe Ibis is a good combination of comfort and price. We were needing the proof of our stay in English which we got very quickly as the stuff provided us with it almost immediately. Some member of stuff Anastasia was especially nice and kind, thanks! Thanks alot, it was cool to stay at your hotel!
