Disappointing experience at Zamzam Pullman Medina

First of all you will not get what pay for your suite at Zamzam Pullman Medina. The suite I had booked was a suite, which should have big windows and a good lighting. However the suite we got was a suite with bad lighting, and the windows were very small and there was no privacy because there was a door on both side of suite which was connecting to other suite but was locked. While the Zamzam Pullman Medina boasts a prime location near the Prophet’s Mosque, my experience was far from what I expected of a 5-star hotel. The rooms, though spacious, felt outdated and in need of serious renovation—worn-out furniture, poor lighting, and a musty smell were hard to ignore. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with delays in cleaning and restocking essentials. The front desk service was often slow and at times indifferent, lacking the warmth and professionalism one expects at this price point. Breakfast, though decent in variety, often felt chaotic and overcrowded, with long waits and poor seating management. Not worth for money you paid.
