Hotel is located close to shops and shopping centre. Staff are welcoming and fairly spacious rooms. Only issue of this place is the car park. Need to park at Level 6 that feels a little isolated at night and needing to get parking ticket validated each time is a pain.

I had a lovely stay at Novotel Taiping. The location is excellent, with beautiful views & easy access to the town & nearby attractions. As an Accor Plus Platinum member, I appreciated the warm recognition & thoughtful benefits, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly & always willing to help. The buffet spread was enjoyable, with a good variety of tasty & well-prepared food. A relaxing & well-managed hotel that offers great service & value, I’d be happy to return.

Good hospitality show from the entire team especially .... Check in Miss Gie- Wonderful and full with knowledge Restaurant - Hanis ,Phoebe,Rashmieka for the superb welcoming and service Chef Naza from simple ,nice and fresh omelette .. During check out again been impressed by 2 lovely person Mr Sirus and Ms Aisha Kudos guys ...
