Das Citadelle ist wunderbar gelegen in einem Park nahe der Mosel und der Altstadt, diebSehenswürdigkeiten von Metz sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das Innere des ehemaligen Nahrungsmittellagers ist sehr stilvoll-elegant renoviert, die Zimmer sind sehr gross. Wenn man aber in der Nacht ins Zimmer kommt, ist es schwierig, genügend Licht zu finden. Zwei kleine Lämpchen am Bett waren alles, was ich finden konnte. Ein kleines Fenster nur liess sich einen Spalt weit öffnen. Aber der Hautnachteil: Es war kalt, nach dem Höherschrauben der Heizung, nach der Meldung an der Rezeption - es war und blieb kalt, die meisten unserer Gruppe fanden es deutlich zu kalt. Gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant im Haus!

O Hotel está num prédio muito bonito e tem um parque agradável em frente. O quarto superior D. luxe é bem amplo e confortável. Faltou um bar no lobby com melhores acomodações. As bebidas disponíveis eram poucas. O pessoal, D. uma maneira geral, é bastante atencioso e prestativo.

Paar minpunten! Prima locatie.

Onze kamer was ruim en de bedden waren prima. Ontvangst ook heel hartelijk. De locatie is famtastisch! Zijn wel een paar minpunten. Je moet geluk hebben om je auto te kunnen parkeren. Het aantal plekken rond het hotel is beperkt. Douchen in bad vind ik niet prettig. Er is geen mengkraan dus duurt even voordat je de juiste temperatuur hebt. De wand rond het bad sluit niet goed waardoor de vloer kletsnat werd. Kans om te vallen is groot…. Het ontbijt hebben ze niet onder controle. Veel dingen waren op en tafels bleven onafgeruimd. Vandaar is mijn score een voldoende!

Efficiënt, misschien wat zakelijk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur. Ruime kamer met bad en aparte douche en separaat toilet. Uitstekend ontbijt dat geserveerd wordt in het eveneens uitstekende restaurant. Het hotel gaat schijnbaar al wat langer mee, is hier en daar wat sleets en mag een kwastje hebben. Het verblijf beviel prima.

A limpeza é bem abaixo do esperado para um hotel dessa categoria e preço. Não pode ir com o pet ao restaurante e salāo de café da manhã, então não é pet friendly. Café da manhã horrível, com presunto estragado, ovo mal preparado e café ruim. Nada de bom nesse hotel, fora a localização
