Dear Ricardo, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay at La Citadelle. We sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with regards to the cleanliness and breakfast. Please be assured that we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and we regret that we did not meet our usual high standards during your visit. We will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure improvements are made. Regarding our pet policy, for hygiene reasons, pets are indeed not allowed in the restaurant and breakfast area. However, we do offer alternative option with room service to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests with pets. We are sorry to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to improve. As a gesture of goodwill, we have credited your ALL account with 2,000 courtesy points.
