Dear Riccardo, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your stay at La Citadelle MGallery Metz. We are glad you appreciated the large window in your superior room, though we regret that the heating did not fully compensate for the cold outside. Please don't hesitate to contact our reception team, available 24/7, for any temperature adjustments. We can remotely regulate the heating system to ensure your comfort. Additionally, we offer a paid early check-in service for arrivals before 3 PM, which guarantees that your room will be ready in advance. Otherwise, we are happy to provide early access if the room is available, but this depends on our occupancy on the day. We hope to welcome you back soon and provide an even more comfortable stay. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the hairdryer and minibar. To clarify, a hairdryer is provided in the room and can be found inside the closet for easy access. We understand that the non-functional minibar, which caused the drinks to be served warm, was disappointing. We have now taken steps to repair it to ensure it’s fully operational for future guests. We also regret the longer-than-expected wait between courses in the restaurant. This is not our usual standard, and we are addressing this with our dining team to minimize delays and maintain ideal serving conditions for beverages such as champagne. Finally, we apologize for the mistakes with the language at reception. Our goal is to provide service in your preferred language, and we regret that we missed the mark during your visit. Rest assured, we are reinforcing this standard with our team to ensure smooth and welcoming communication. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us improve.
