the hotel quality is degraded recently especially for the air conditioning either in the lift or at the lobby or inside the room ..... several times complain and changed room but finally realised that the quality of the AC is degraded ... not cool anymore ..... quite hot and it is disappointed place for Accor Group Member ....☹️

Did not feel welcomed as gold member of le club accorhotels, no welcome gift even a welcome letter i used to get at any accor hotels. Staffs were not well trained with on going promotion. Another disapointment waiting as le club accorhotels points will be way to long to be credited as a chance of no points will be credited.

Stayed 2 nights with family on August 1 to August 3.2019.The first night booked 2 rooms through OTA.Stayed at room 819 and 821.The room maintenance is very poor,filthy dust bin and bathroom floor.Ordered in room dining from available menu was very disappointed.3 menus out of 10 are not available.Hongkong noodle,Sirloin steak and soup buntut..Breakfast on August 2 was not good experience for my son 9 years old.Milk dispenser was empty and requested to one of staff member to refill,but never been refilled till we finished breakfast. Second night booked 2 rooms direct to website and received confirmation HMHSFCBS for 2 Deluxe rooms.However upon check in only one room is available.Stayed at 913.This room is worse than the first night..Bloody noisy.Not only in the bedroom but also in the bathroom.It must be plant room above room 913.This room is not suitable for paying guest

Staff was very friendly. House cleaning can be approved, especially under the beds and on balcony. Breakfast was okay but would be nice if there were more non-asian options then just only roasted bread.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times for work, the food does get better with every visit, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are good for the price, pool area and gym are good. Good for a short work stay

Dirty Bed Sheets

I was on a business trip near the area, so i choose this, i thought it would be great experience, yet i found that the bed sheets, was quite dirty with dark and black spots. I dont know whether it was unclean, or its the normal conditions,Internet was in poor conditions.Next to the hotel, was giant supermarket, and some restaurants, so locations wise still acceptable.

Os funcionários são extremamente educados e gentis. A comida é boa e o hotel bastante limpo. Sugiro diversificar os travesseiros. Os disponíveis no hotel sao muito altos pra mim e na primeira noite tive dor no pescoço. Solicitei um menor mas me informaram que nao tinham outra opçao. Como eu iria ficar mais de 15 dias no hotel, tive que comprar um outro no supermercado ao lado.

Got a key for a wrong room even smaller than I booked and really sorry to the person already sleeping when I opened the door and turned on the light. In a right room type after complaints, a lot of hairs could be seen in the whole room. On stained linen of the bed and pillows, floor, and on the desk. 3 towels with 3 different unpleasant smells from each towel. Really doubt if this hotel cleans the rooms and also the towels.

Booked through accorhotel with my accor member but Reservation team doesn't prepare my supposed room (not upgraded while the upgraded room still available). frontdesk staff adn even duty manager doesn't offer the benefit that i supposed to have with my membership level until i gave a complain. Looks this hotel not familiar with accor(plus)'s member visit. Very disappointing. Room floor is very dirty, make my feet getting black in shorttime. The worse thing , i had my guest who have late check in on the same day, was given a room which already someone sleep inside. The worst experience i ever had. And same complain from my guest, room is very dirty. Can found many hair in the floor.
