Quarto extremamente degradado. Água do chuveiro ia parar dentro do quarto, meso o box estando longe do quarto, com isso, parte da madeira do banheiro estava podre e mofada. O isolamento acústico é péssimo. Conseguia escutar o vizinho espirrar. Atendimento na recepção é razoável.

Lamentamos sinceramente pelos problemas relatados com o estado do quarto, especialmente com relação ao banheiro e à infiltração de água. Essa não é a experiência que desejamos oferecer aos nossos hóspedes, e seu relato será tratado com a devida atenção. Já encaminhamos as informações à nossa equipe de manutenção para que o quarto seja inspecionado e as devidas providências sejam tomadas. Também sentimos muito pelo incômodo com o isolamento acústico e pela percepção em relação ao atendimento na recepção. Vamos reforçar junto à equipe a importância de oferecer um serviço mais atencioso e acolhedor, além de avaliar possíveis melhorias estruturais para reduzir ruídos entre os quartos. No security, rooms can be reached direct from open garage. Security system in elevator out of order. Dirty towels in room, somebody wiped their arse on one. Phoned reception, told to come down to changd the towel. Restaurant / Bar unnatended, tramps entering begging for food. Gymnasium equipment a joke. Lights falling off of walls in room, bare wires.

Well located hotel. Attentive staff in attending guests. Great place to hold Events.The dinner menu served at the hotel as well as the breakfast are very good! The hotel also has a stylish lobby with a bar.

After a long drive, the bar then the awesomely comfortable bed was very welcome!! A perfect example of an Ibis.. clean with efficient service.. private secure parking is a good thing here! The rooms are very nice.. a trendy Ibis! I will look for another for sure..
