Conheço a rede Ibis Styles, mas fiquei decepcionada com esse hotel. Vazamento no banheiro, luz em cima do espelho não funciona, não tem toalhas de rosto (política do hotel). Não tem cobertor extra. O trem incomoda bastante durante a madrugada. Mas não tem o que fazer a não ser colocar janelas com acústica. Desprovido totalmente de decoração tanto nos quartos quanto no ambiente do café, principalmente se tratando de uma categoria Styles. Os funcionários estão de nota 10. Todos muitos simpáticos e prestativos!

No security, rooms can be reached direct from open garage. Security system in elevator out of order. Dirty towels in room, somebody wiped their arse on one. Phoned reception, told to come down to changd the towel. Restaurant / Bar unnatended, tramps entering begging for food. Gymnasium equipment a joke. Lights falling off of walls in room, bare wires.

Well located hotel. Attentive staff in attending guests. Great place to hold Events.The dinner menu served at the hotel as well as the breakfast are very good! The hotel also has a stylish lobby with a bar.

After a long drive, the bar then the awesomely comfortable bed was very welcome!! A perfect example of an Ibis.. clean with efficient service.. private secure parking is a good thing here! The rooms are very nice.. a trendy Ibis! I will look for another for sure..
