Mandatory accommodation, Pleasant experience

I had to stay here for a night due to airline issues. The building is fine and has the typical lively Ibis design yet I was dissatisfied with the general room condition because eventhough it is a transit facility, still the expectations for the Ibis brand are always different, therefore the rooms definitely need some touches and improvements. Big thanks to the all Restaurant and Front Desk staff, they were very warm and friendly and there is also one person I would like to emphasize in particular; special thanks to Sevde from Reception who was so kind and attentive enough to send herbal teas to my room and take special care of me due to my sore throat and slight cough, every facility needs a star like her.

Enjoyed my stay

My connection flight was cancelled so the airline put us on this Ibis Ankara Airport for one night I must say I’m liking this hotel, it is very clean, the room is spacious and fit for the purpose without being cluttered. The next day the breakfast was very good and delicious. The staff are kind and helpful, I asked the receptionist if I can have a disposable toothbrush since I didn’t have one and he gave me a toothbrush and toothpaste. This hotel deserves to be a 4* in my opinion and I might stay in here if I come to Ankara again

A good stay (but a fairly small bathroom)

A good, modern hotel a short (5 mins) drive from the airport. Rather decent room yet quite small a bathroom. Bed was comfortable and room was fairly quiet - didn't hear too much of the planes taking off/landing at the nearby airport. Nothing "wrong" with this hotel but also doesn't stand out.

Your personal Yavuz Bulut kept us for nothing

Wr arrived your hotel from airport and your guy in reception Yavuz Bulut kept us two hours for a ridiculous reason. Then he told us no room left and sent us another hotel at 2:26am in the morning. He didn’t even apologise for his rude behaviour. We won’t use your hotel anymore.
