I like the stay. Room was cozy and clean and located at very good location. Housekeeping man Chiranjit was very helpful. Food quality was acceptable. They provide in room dining and has in house bar. The bathroom was also clean. Would recommend to visit if you are looking for a stay in newtown.

I'm not writing a review but it's a massage to a receptionist guy named Rajesh , i had stayed at this hotel and during my stays i had a panic attack so i called up the reception that guy was pickup call and i ask for a medicine but he said they are not keep any such medicine, But he call me back and ask me that how i felt. And he personally come in front the room and brought a lime water which is helps me a lot to recover. So it's a small massage to Rajesh Thankyou so much for help, you're such a kind person.😄

Had a wonderful time with ibis hotel. Incredible service / Courteous and very professional staff. Special thanks to -Dhruv Ghosh and chef -: Shapiro Nandi for making my dining experience sürreal. They took care of me so well. Kudos to your hotel chain and these champs for making my dining experience top notch. I just loved it 😊 Very hospitable and courteous staff. If you do not have any option to stay then go to some other Hotels instead of staying in this IBIS Hotel, Kolkata. Staff they have hired are very good for the hotel. They can cheat and cut pockets from you to get money for the hotel. Please be careful from the staff here. Ask them thousand times before taking anything from the hotel. Front office staff are not helpful at all. I had requested for a meal packed instead of having the buffet but they simply refused for the same. Completely inhospitable and no empathy for their customers.
