Excellent stay and breakfast. Concierge was vey helpful. Mr. Dilip , Mr Surender and Mr. Suvo were very well versed with Kolkata. They understood my requirements and prioritised the places based on when they close and took me to the best of the restaurants

During my recent visit to Café Joy and Santé Bar, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service and warm atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome and well taken care of. A special mention goes to Anjusha, Sanju, Uma, and Parveen, whose professionalism and genuine hospitality turned an ordinary visit into a memorable experience. Anjusha greeted us with a bright smile and ensured we were comfortable throughout. Sanju was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs even before we mentioned them. Uma demonstrated remarkable efficiency and kindness, making every interaction pleasant. Parveen added a personal touch with thoughtful recommendations that elevated our dining experience. The ambiance of Café Joy and Santé Bar perfectly complements the excellent service—cozy, inviting, and ideal for both relaxation and social gatherings. The food and drinks were delightful, but it was truly the staff that made the experience outstanding. Their teamwork, dedication, and passion for guest satisfaction were evident in every detail.

The hotel is very good and the service is good especially Sanju. He serves with ❤️. I recommend people to stay in Novotel. Breakfast is good. Location is good.
