Everything was as per the ibis standard. Clean rooms, high tech, and very very vibrant. One of the best shower experience ever, the shower head has a mist feature which makes you feel like you're standing next to a waterfall. The food was a hit and miss. I loved some items, others, not exactly my palette, but the stuff I liked was legendary, especially the Punjabi dal and the ravioli. Priya and Suvendu, you guys are real rockstars of the lounge. Especially Priya, every time I looked up, she was there for all my incessant requests. This was my first stay at this hotel and I look forward to coming here again. Oooh, did I mention there's an all round gym as well!!!

Houskeeping laundry service and food is really good and staff are really helful and maintainace is also good............

Mr.Rajesh from the front office was very helpful and polite, smooth check in on arrival. Mr. Chiranjit from housekeeping was very attentive and helpful. The clean room and good food with polite staff is the best combination. Recommend to stay in IBIS Kolkata.

Visited Spice It for dinner.... The food and service was par excellent at par with any 5 star in the City. We were served by Dhruv who was extremely hospitable and professional making sure that we're served in the best possible way making our dinner a memorable experience. Dhruv is definitely someone who loves his work and a rate gem in the hospitality industry. The delicious food was taken care by Chef Saif who came to the table and provided the best food in quality and taste. Thanks a lot Dhruv & Chef Saif for the lovely experience.
