ibis Rajarhat has become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Kolkata. I love the location—conveniently close to the airport, set in a quiet neighbourhood, and just a short walk from Axis Mall. The breakfast buffet is quite good for the price, with enough variety to start the day well. The rooms are small and compact, as expected from an ibis, but comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff are always friendly, and check-in is consistently quick and smooth, which I really appreciate after a long journey. My only complaint is that the AC vents can sometimes be a bit noisy, which might bother light sleepers like me. Still, this minor inconvenience hasn’t stopped me from returning, and I’ll happily continue choosing ibis Rajarhat for my stays in the city.

Minor issues causing major inconvenience but decent stay.

I liked the hotel it was a short stay but room was comfortable and I would love to come back. I had the following issues though- 1. The in room dining food was bad. It said that jasmine rice would be served with thai curry but it was simple regular rice. Not worth the money. 2. I have this feedback upon departure but it was most likely ignored. 3. My biggest issue is that I am constantly following up forna digital copy of my invoice but there seems to be no response. This is when I was promised this upon departure and have been trying to reach out to you guys again. Hopefully someone fixes this.

Elegimos un hotel de cadena europea para nuestra estancia en Calculta para asegurarnos los estándars mínimos hoteleros. La infrastructura en sí no está mal, pero deja mucho que desear la limpieza y el casi abandono de las habitaciones sobre todo. En nuestra segunda estancia tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación dos veces por el fuerte hedor de tabaco, aunque ambas habitaciones estuvieran declaradas como NO fumadores. Seguramente no nos volveremos a alojar.
