Visited Ibis Hotel, Newton for New Year’s dinner and it was a complete disaster. Pathetic service, zero hospitality and extremely unprofessional behavior. The service boy was careless and the manager - Lokesh's attitude was rude and unacceptable. Instead of admitting their mistakes, they kept arguing with us, which completely ruined our night. We went expecting a good New Year celebration and left frustrated and disappointed. Absolutely below standard for a brand like Ibis. Never visiting again and definitely not recommending this place to anyone.

Das Hotel ist neu, die Zimmer in Ordnung - ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Der Service ist 1a an der Rezeption. Im Restaurant nicht so gut. Warum wir nach dem Frühstück nicht sitzen bleiben durften, habe ich nicht verstanden. Der große Ansturm war schon weg...? Das Frühstück selber ist sehr, sehr lecker!! Die Lage ist gut, nahe am Convention Center!!
