We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time here. Especially with the help of Phout. She took care of everything for us such as tours, drivers, recommendations and train tickets. Our stay and experience wouldn’t be the same without Phout. The deluxe room was beautiful and private. We had room service a few times and the food was great and very reasonable priced. The restaurant was good, we had dinner there the first evening and breakfast every morning. There were many options for breakfast. We found the food to be same price in the city center at similar places so we decided just to eat at the hotel. The spa was average - we had a full body massage and a head massage. The spa itself was beautiful but we were disappointed with the treatments.

We’re currently travelling south east Asia and this hotel has made our experience. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were always sure to help you if you needed it. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and we absolutely loved our stay here. The complimentary shuttle into town was absolutely amazing and so easy to book which really made our stay. Cannot thank staff enough for making us feel so welcome , you really should be proud of all your hard work. Thank you so so much for our stay we honestly never wanted to leave

As a first-time visitor to Laos and as an Accor member with expiring Silver benefits, I booked a 6D5N holiday at Pullman Luang Prabang because it offered the most value for points redemption, compared to the other two Accor properties in Old Town of Luang Prabang. My experience exceeded expectations. I'm most appreciative of the bespoke customer service I received from all the staff, especially from Ms Phout. With her support, I enjoyed a stress-free vacation. The property itself is massive and I enjoyed using most facilities, especially the restaurant, pool and spa. I used the shuttle daily to/from the Old Town so I never felt far from what the city had to offer. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, even during the festive New Years Eve party across the property. Meals were delicious and the service was always friendly and warm. I would return to Pullman Luang Prabang next time I'm in town for leisure.

住宿软硬件条件一流，但是距离市中心、火车站、机场以及主要景点较远，交通不是很便利。

We stayed for a short break in Luang Prabang, and having a small family, we decided to stay just outside the town. Turned out to be the right choice for us. The resort is very natural, with rice paddies, a small ecological farm, various lotus ponds, beautiful flowering trees. The rooms are large. Should you decide to visit the town, then there is a regular free shuttle service. Luang Prabang is simply stunning. Like you traveled back in town. The people are the kindest you can imagine, many boutique coffeeshops, the architecture is out of this world. Nearby are amazing waterfalls, caves, the Mekong river, enough to do. A visit to this stunning Unesco site is highly recommendable.
