Exceptional family stay with outstanding service

We stayed at the Pullman Luang Prabang for three nights as a family with a toddler and had a genuinely excellent experience. The service was phenomenal from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and proactive without ever being intrusive. A special mention goes to Mr. David Homsin, who truly went above and beyond. He looked after us throughout the stay and even took our toddler to feed the rabbits so we could enjoy breakfast in peace. Anyone traveling with a young child will understand how rare and appreciated that kind of help is. The facilities were very well maintained. The gym was great, the pools were clean and relaxing, and the overall grounds were peaceful and well kept. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping was consistently excellent. Breakfast was solid and more than what you would expect. Good variety, fresh options, and enough choice to keep both adults and kids happy over multiple days. One of the biggest conveniences was the complimentary shuttle service. Being able to get dropped off and picked up anywhere in the city made exploring Luang Prabang incredibly easy and stress free. A couple of minor downsides worth mentioning for transparency. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear neighboring guests when they enter their rooms, although it was always quiet after around 9:30 pm. The TV is also a bit dated, with no smart TV or streaming options, so bring a laptop or tablet if you like watching shows or movies in the evening. What really made this stay special for our toddler was the on-site animals and farm. The rabbits, buffalo farm, chickens, and organic garden were a huge highlight. By the end of the trip, he did not want to leave. We will absolutely return in the future. Thank you again to David and the entire Pullman Luang Prabang team for making our family trip so memorable.

The calming atmosphere of this hotel is outstanding. It is very refreshing and soul-cleansing to walk through the rice fields and the beautiful pool area. At night it’s just silent. The service is top notch. The staff is very friendly and the service awesome. I forgot my jacket in the hotel and they sent it to the airport for me!

I had a great stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. ​The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast because there were many choices of food. Even though the hotel is a bit far from the town center, they have a free shuttle bus every 30 mins, so it was not a problem. ​All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will come back again!

环境幽静，田园风，远离城镇但是交通便利。隔音不好，隔壁房间聚会打牌和情侣吵架影响休息。
