Reception area was very busy. There were a lot of bus trips. Breakfast was extremely busy. It seemed as though everyone was rushing to get breakfast before getting back on the bus. We didn’t enjoy our breakfast experience and opted not to have breakfast there on the second morning of our stay. Room was basic but had everything we needed. Location is great. Short walk to Dutch Square, Jonker Street and plenty of bars and restaurants. As platinum members of Accor we were not offered an upgraded room or any welcome gifts. No alcohol was provided for our 2 free drinks.

Very comfortable overnight stay with family. We checked-in close to midnight and were welcomed by Eirene who was very helpful ensured we all were looked after. The room and staff were excellent, however breakfast served was a slight letdown. Everything else was great!
