The check-in and reservation process was very simple and quick. Victor, the receptionist, immediately resolved our concern with very diligent and friendly service. The facilities were adequate for the price, and the location was also very good.

A rally nice hotel, clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, good breakfast for about £8-10, free underground parking, all for a reasonable rate in the centre of the city. After a week of dodgy accommodation on this 3-week trip this was a welcome upgrade. Some we can’t take the hotel with us!

Great base for exploring the Atacama but base is all it is... good value for money as very safe, comfortable and clean. The rooms were very small though, we were in a twin and the beds were so narrow! Not great if have bigger builds and the toilet room was so small you can barely stand up! However shower and cleanliness was 100%. Breakfast was the most basic and un adventurous I have ever had... false economy as so little mark up on things like pastry and breads all felt a bit stale and tired... service was good because we were treated on arrival by the delightful Miguel who was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Other than him though the staff didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t really be bothered but were not unfriendly or surly. Overall I would be happy to stay again as very cheap and convenient.

Comfortable hotel for basic needs

Rooms are ideal size for 2 people. We had plenty of luggage each for a 13 day camping expedition but had room to spread it all out. Beds comfortable, shower great, toilets are a tight fight for the long legged! Breakfast wasn't worth the extra cost and the whatsapp service to contact reception didn't allow for an instant response. Secure parking beneath the hotel, ideal location in Copiapo, clean hotel. Recommended

From the beginning it was just bad! I'm an avid accor booker and this is probably the first time I felt neglected! Not only the service at check in was extremely poor (staff didn't look like they wanted to be there or actually cared!) but the rooms are tiny and unpleasant! Should have slept in my car, probably more confortable!
