Resturant staff muhammad was very professional and friendly. Pool staff good and helpful. There was some laundry issue, we didn't get the towel as it was mentioned. We recommend who si ever wants to use pool go through combo app and then buy the coupons.

Amazing hotel, very clean and food is amazing! Muhammad in the restaurant was amazing gave us an exceptional service. Would 100% recommend and visit again. Food was very delicious and fresh. Value for money 10/10 and would say it is a 5* hotel

Great service, good restaurant top 👨‍🍳 enough choice.Thanks to Mohammad who gave us good experience. One point of suggestion is to be more specific on the opening hours of the pool in the evening and also there are kids( 9& 13 years old)that have enough experience to swim, so they don't have to be disappointed that they cannot enter the pool.

My experience was in Ramadan fouttor. The food is so good, fresh and delicious (you might add sweet made out of chocolate as brownies, cookies, cake) the staffs are friendly and helpful. I’ll will repeat my visit 👍🏻 Also Abdulaleem is professional serving… special thanks for Abdulaleem
