Its my first experience with novotel , it was nice and great. Ambience and facilities were excellent. Especially vegetarian option you provided in food were very deliciousand very authentic Regarding service Muhammad and rehman served us very well.

The hotel is avarage but ths staff in the resturant and meeting rooms are super nice and decent .. they were very helpful specially Mr.Abdulrahman.. thanks so much for havimg us along with my colleagues and alwayd being careful for our special requests

Hello Novotel hotel Jeddah I sit with my family Novotel hotel Thalia Jeddah very nice hotel food housekeeping bill boy Special #Alanoud she is very friendly also she check-in very fast quick response for any answer I recommend all tourist when you travel Jeddah you sit a Novotel hotel Thalia Jeddah clean and big rooms good food staff all friendly my kids want to connect laptop to TV engineer department is provide me HDmi and help to connecting laptop when I came just I choose again Novotel hotel Thanks you for hosting

The hotel is average overall, with room for improvement in several areas, particularly the quality and cleanliness of the floor carpets and general upkeep. The restaurant service and food were also just average, leaving something to be desired. There’s potential here, but it needs some attention to reach its full potential.

Thanks to Novotel Jeddah team for the greet experience specially restaurant team food is great service in restaurant and lobby cafe and room service is excellent,hotel location is excellent very modern restaurant and hotel breakfast is excellent
