It was really good stay. Easy access to nearby places. The staff is great also the hotel is near to the beach its walkable distance and everything is near by from this property also the trousists places and everything also Piyush was helpful and front office team is very much supportive thanks to everyone

A great warm welcome . We arrived today only ,so far it’s good . We had an early dinner at the Square restaurant and Mahesh was our server … he is very new to the hospitality business but such a warm and welcoming person. His suggestions worked great . Miss Kanika at the Resturant was a great help too and also at the front reception we met Mr Hemanth who has helped us with the check in and the room choice .. I love the staff here .fine stars 🌟

Thank you for providing such a won Experience at your hotel , the food was excellent and absolutely delicious , our server Arnab was very kind and helpful and the host Ranjita was particularly puts she greeted us warmly and guided us through the menu with such professionalism , her genuine care and Hospitality made our dining experience truly memorable.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT MORE THEN 4 STAR OR BELOW. PATHETIC ROOMS

As I was staying in there for 5 nights. 1. The check- in was smooth and staff was helpful 2. 3 days I was in superior room, but it was ok and that was a pool view but as the hotel was non – smoking on the citrate’s puffs Ver around the lift area of the second floor which was really disappointment and towels per to smelly and dirty. 3. The restaurant was pretty good, and food was amazing from chef to staff was perfect. As I was travelling with kids, they have taken good care of everything and especially I will thanks to Mr. Rahuldev and Mr. Sukamal for making my kids more special and comfortable for them. 4. Last 2 days I stayed in their elegance suite which was so pathetic and shabby and there was no view no luxury in that room and in bathroom the water was overflowing again and again and room and the lift area on 3rd floor was so smelly, but they did not bother and towel having so much smell and air- conditioner having a water leakage. 5. As per Accor standard the hotel was not appropriate. 6. Mrs. Susan as a manager should be answered and get things investigated on this and do the necessary changes. ASAP. 7. I did not find this hotel as 5-star standards, it is below average. 8. I will personally not recommend if u really looking for something luxury, you will get disappointed.
