Stayed this Pullman many years whenever I came back to Wenzhou. Hard to imagine the difficulties to maintain a hotel in certain level. The building has been years, but still quite nice condition. Clean for my room and public area. All staff are so friendly to all guests. I have been experiences many staff left and knew the new staffs. No matter new knowing or known staffs are natural like friends. They did take care of me during my stay.

Went to Wenzhou for business and choose that hotel being an accord member. Everything was just perfect. Staff is really dedicated, rooms are big and new. Bathroom is nice and has a very good size. Breakfast buffet is just amazing and very large.

Very warming hotel, very good for Diamond membership. The staff are all friendly and provide instant service. Thanks for Icy, Isac, Nora, made my 7 days stay like home. I saw there is improvement for the 1st floor restaurant. The surprise for the new lounge meal every evening. Nice hotel even it is 6-8 years old. Compare to the new Marriott hotel in city, I'd prefer this Pullman more than that one.

Moverd from Sheraton Wenzhou. Planned to stay in Sheraton for this trip (4nights), but moved to Pullman after 2 nights. Rita Luo waited me out of elevator cause she saw my car passed hotel. I just sign and turn back to office. Very efficient. Then I met the first generation staff of Pullman, Michelle Chen, she left for few years and came back. Its good to meet old friend in the same hotel. I have my birthday in Pullman Wenzhou, Rita asked me whether had a party or not. I said thanks and no due to I have other meeting need to be attend. Then i got a birthday card and bottle of wine in the room. Sweet!
