Nice staff to assist during check in, check out and they will help to receive parcels when you're not in. Umbrella may be borrowed during bad weather. Secured place with card access to floor for lift facility. Small but clean rooms with variety of tv channels. Good location,walking distance to public transport (bus) and Family Mart.

Cheap hotel, comfortable, perfect for a short visit. Will always stay here when going to Hangzhou for a personal visit. Will recommend it over other hotels in the area that are more expensive but offer little more than what Ibis provides. Good for kids too.

this hotel is in good location but ,its not easy to communicate with the staff because they can't speak english. my gold member card should have upgrade room facility but upgrade room facility also couldn't used here.

It is very well located in Hangzhou downtown and it is not expensive. Some restaurants are located in the same building which is very useful. Here are the positive points. The rest are negative. It seems as the hotel as agreements with some escort services, as I found some flyiers every day during my stay and cleaning service did not throw them. This can be really annoying. Hotel service is not willing to provide service and their English level is poor. Had I known they are not included in Accor Le Club, I had chosen another place.
