Excellent accommodation. Comfort stay. Staff all nice and very helpful in everything. They always wearing brightest smile to greet the guest. Always feel welcoming here. Fena the receptionist so helpful in check out process and helping to book a grab to airport. A great stay I would conclude.

I stay for 1 nite because we have to visit an expo. When i arrived in the room remote TV was broken but, they sent on the spot the new remote. Was good n fast service. So, far no other issue. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, i'm stay in here after had traveling with my couple. i'm req room double bed and the staff give me high floor and get a city view, the room are clean. and near to mall. thank you mr. renji for information in this hotel and mr. didi who arrange me to the room. i'll be back to this hotel if have another trip again.

Pillows and mattress needs to be reviewed n replaced. I would like to mention one staff, Mr Puji. He is a natural hotel concierge, both professional and natural. Kudos to the hotel for having him in your payroll

Le camere sono carine e pulite, il servizio cordiale. Peccato per il ristorante non eccezionale e le colazioni non molto varie per europei. Ottimo servizio lavanderia. Distanza da Giacarta: 1 ora e mezza di taxi causa traffico indecente.
