The executives at the restaurant were very polite and helpful my small kids. They are very patient in assisting them. My kids always suggest to visit this place as they love the attention they receive here Noor and team were a great staff for pleasant dining experience

Room service has been great till now. We are really enjoying our stay. Special thanks to Nirod kumar for taking tare of us during our stay. We would encourage others to come and try this place out. A must mention is the room cleaning. It is done meticulously abd we are extremely pleased.

Hotel is very good for stay. Breakfast is great. Overall ambience is nice. Hotel Staff are always helpful and supportive. Room ambience is well maintained & Housekeeping staff member Vishnu maintained the rooms very clean. I will give 4/5 to this hotel

Staff were very attentive and polite and always asking if we needed anything. Special thanks to the hospitality staff and to Paramesh for looking after us. This hotel has its own water filtration system and the water (even in your room) is complimentary and completely safe to drink (a huge relief for us). We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 weeks while we had dental work done so a lot of our time was spent in our room recovering. Glad we went for the larger room for the coffee table and extra space. Air con is adjustable and the wifi was excellent. Buffet is good (especially breakfast) but it would be nice if there were more “spice free” options. Location… wished it was easier to get around so we could go to other restaurants at half the price, but this is not an area that is walk friendly, so if we went anywhere, it was by car so this detracted from getting a higher score. Pricing I think is on par with other hotels in the area which are all a bit on the expensive side, although being a fairly modern building with reliable wifi and air con was a big win for us. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
