I stayed at several Accor Hotels across the world in the last 20 years and this is by far my worst experience at any Novotel/ Accor Hotel so far. The entire problem is with the management of the Hotel that had accepted so many reservations even though they were not staffed or equipped to handle a full Hotel during this pandemic. I think Novotel Global management should do a very strict audit of this specific property to ensure that it is upgraded again to the Novotel Global Standards. The Hotel was fully booked and totally understaffed. Covid-19 protocols were in place but were impossible for the staff to enforce and execute as they were understaffed for a full hotel. Stewards were removing used plates of guests and giving fresh plates etc., using the same gloves & without sanitizing in between. They could easily spread Covid & other infections due to this type of serving. Many guest were crowing at the counters as orders were being delayed and buffet bowls were not being refilled on time. Guest were waiting for the refilling and get the food immediately as they are afraid that the food will take time to refill again. Chairs and tables were not sanitized after guests clear them or before seating new guests. Even the table mats were not replaced after guests cleared a table. We had to ask them to replace the table mats as there was some food on them. The problem is not with the attitude of the serving staff, they were working hard but they were totally understaffed. Guest Room Corridors were stinking with the smell of dirt & dampness, probably the carpets were not maintained properly for a long time. Water in the Guest Room Bathrooms was stinking, mainly the hot water had a distinctive foul smell. House Keeping was totally understaffed to ensure good cleaning of the guest rooms or the corridors. They don't have bell boys helping with the luggage, Covid-19 safety being the reason for discontinuing the bell boy services. However, many guests in the lobby & reception areas were not wearing masks and the Hotel staff were not in a position to mandate this, the lobby sofas, chairs etc., were not sanitized from time to time or after guests clear them before another guest takes that seat. Overall totally mismanaged property that could be a breeding ground for Covid-19 or other infection spread, only luck must save the staff & guests in this property from disease. The stay was very comfortable and staff was very helpful with all the requirements and service. Not to mention the awesome varieties in breakfast. There was nice arrangements and precautions made looking at the covid situation.

The start was good but had issue with check-in and check-out. The staff did not have my booking details while check-in and while checking out as well despite settling the bills in advance they took more than 30 mins to get their confusion with room booking using points cleared

Very friendly atmosphere at the reception , I have come across 2 guys in particular mr Sai Kumar and mr arnak are very good . Had a break fast issue with food exchange restaurant, service from the restaurant is below par . Expected much better .

Very poor service I have received. Nobody responds on phone calls. We have to make repeated reminders. Recent staff giving bad service. I am the frequent visitor in all over India.First time I have faced this type of service in hyderabad convention.

Recently I stayed at NOVATEL HICC Hyderabad. I had a very pleasant stay. Staying here always feels at home. Staff and service here is very good. Every person working there takes good care of the guests and helps them. Of course Mr. John always welcomes and receives very positively.My special thanks to Mr. Satish at reception, Ms. Prashanti, the Chef Mr Satya and Mr. Praveen, F&B for being helpful, friendly and warm nature.Food prepared by Mr. Satya & his team was very tasty and fulfilling. I like to stay here as it almost feels like my home.I would definitely look forward to visit again. The management has taken good care and precautions during COVID pandemic. Anyone who is looking for a safe stay could definitely stay here.

Stayed in the hotel as a part of New year Eve Package . Rooms are spacious , well maintained , bathroom is roomy however the shower button was not working , amenities like toothbrush, tooth paste was not available , shaving kit etc was not available. The rooms are not acoustic and lot of noise from adjacent rooms or people talking in the corridor can be heard inside the rooms. This needs to be looked into. The new year eve party was well organized , the food quantity and quality was very good , had a great time

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel they have been very accommodating to our needs. Only one real issue is that transfers to the exhibition center is only at 9am FREE. This is very strange as the exhibition starts normal by 10am, so be warned guests.

Check-in process continues to be very long. Lots of confusion during check-out. Staff need to be matured to deal with customers. Sensitivity towards customer during breakfast found missing. Ask for tea and never served.

After some callous phone handling for reservation modifications (we will call you back, sorry the reservations team is in training - no call back either way, I was treated to awry email exchange . The email responses reflected lack of attention to a very simple issue botched by lack of communication between teams. That included slipping up on etiquette. On the evening of arrival, the dinner buffet was out of sorts - serving staff in a hurry to clear tables, while guests were still eating. And it was not even 11pm

At Novotel Hyderabad every guest feedback is viewed as inestimable as it furnishes us with the constructive moral backbone, to constantly work towards enhancing our administrations. I have by and by willingly volunteered to survey the happenings as sighted by you and hence would like to update you that according to the email transaction on date 5th Nov , stating to amend the arrival date to 10th Nov ,was noted by the reservation team and the same was confirmed and acknowledged by you. Another email received by us on 8th Nov requesting the date to be further amended from 10th to 11th Nov was considered & the needful was done by the reservation executive. As a standard protocol an email is sent confirming the revised arrival date which was sent on 9th and regret if this has caused any inconvenience and request you to kindly share if I have missed on any further information to take corrective actions. However for your restaurant feedback, feedback is duly noted and have briefed the team to be careful while informing about the closure of the buffet counter 30min prior to the set time which is 11 Pm to ensure that our guests are apprised of the same and are able to pick up anything before the counter is closed as such in your case and to ensure we do not show any signs of hurrying up. Rest assured that we will further improvise on our services based on your feedback received and ensure our guests enjoy their stay and best of services. Отель приятный, чистый. Персонал предупредительный, дружелюбный. Завтраки разнообразные. Единственный недостаток - нет собственного пункта для обмены валюты. Также в номере была сломана розетка в ванной комнате. Каждый день в течение 3 дней напоминала о ремонте розетки, так и не починили.
