A four star rated accor franchise hotel with a Five Star treatment...My check in was in seconds, thanks to Mr Biswajit Roy, front office manager, who was kind enough to put me in the suit 1004... He has shown great hospitality in winning my heart and escorted me to my room...Room upgrade and amenities served as per their courtesy protocol... The bar Manager Mr Kartik was very friendly and arranged my favourite drink and snacks... The morning breakfast was fantastic with live stalls and Mr Sreedhar took care of us...I came to this hotel after a gap of 4 years at the behest of one ex. Chef Mr Srisailam, who is presently in Canada... I got respect, courtesy, cleanliness and good food from this hotel... One con is that the hotel should change the shaving kit as the Razor blades are commercial and very bad to use...

Das Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Zum Frühstück gibt es ein großes Buffet, wobei es sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Standort des Hotels ist ideal für Leasure und Business Gaeste. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Dennoch besteht hier Verbesserungspotential im Bezug auf die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen. Das Fitnesscenter ist ausreichend ausgestattet für ein Ganzkörpertraining und Cardio. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn Sie zusätzlich zu den Wasserflaschen noch Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen könnten. Der Empfang arbeitet sehr gewissenhaft, als Platin Accor Member konnte ich auf alle Möglichen Benefits zurückgreifen (Late C/O, Zimmerupgrade usw.) Dennoch verlief mein Check-in nicht reibungslos. Der Night-Auditor war leider sehr unfreundlich zu mir. Der Rest des Teams war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Nichtsdestotrotz erwarte ich vom Empfang eine Begrüßung, wenn man das Hotel betritt. Dies war leider nicht immer der Fall, zumal mehrere Mitarbeiter hinter der Rezeption standen und offensichtlich nicht an einem Arbeitsauftrag arbeiteten. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr sauber und erfüllte zu 100% meinen Wünschen und Anforderungen. Leider wurden die Espressokapseln nicht täglich aufgefüllt. Der Roomservice Mitarbeiter war wirklich sehr nett, Dennoch benötigte das Team über 40 Minuten für eine Diet Coke und einen Teller mit Besteck. Dies sollte zügiger sein. Alles in allem war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Mercure KCP in Hyderabad. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Team!
