Mouldy apartments!!!!

BLACK MOULD PRESENT! BEWARE! We stayed at this resort for 3 nights between Christmas and new years and please don’t believe their claim that they are 5 star. You are better off staying in the caravan parks down the road. My wife is pregnant and due to the mouldy carpets and curtains, she has been extremely ill and in and out of hospital. Housekeeping will cost you extra. No phone in the room so if you need towels and toilet paper you will need to walk to reception and get them yourself. If you check in early, they won’t call you when your room is ready, you will need to figure that out yourself. The breakfast is subpar at best and for $35, you get dry inedible bacon, stale bread, extremely bland eggs and for barista mode coffee, you will need to pay extra. The pools are badly maintained, bar is never open, dirt and debris in the water. Do not stay here if you value your money. You are better off staying in the Sydney CBD or going to the hunter Valley.

Upon arrival on our 5 night stay, we found both the fridge and overhead fan not working. There was so much ice build up that the door would not close. Reception was quick to send someone down to chip away just enough ice so the door could close. Reception informed us that the fan operated by remote and went to find it for us. Neither were seen again = no fan Our first night also found the restaurant not open, so we ordered room service and also asked for an icebucket to assist in keeping drinks cool. A black plastic bag with ice appeared to be the best they could do. The studio and furnishings are in dire need of updating and as our room was unserviced for the whole time, there were not enough supplies. We used our own plastic bags to carry our rubbish along the road to the bin collection area.

A very disappointing experience for a Pullman. It may be a good choice if golf is all you are there to enjoy.

A very disappointing experience for a Pullman and the money. Our bedroom had no curtains and when moved to another room it was already occupied. Our third room was a justified upgrade. Very poor management and looks run down in places.

I live on the Central Coast & I booked 1 night here as I was attending a Work Farewell Dinner. To be honest, I was extremely unimpressed with my room that I paid over $320 for a Friday night. No housekeeking or breakfast included and a VERY dated looking room.This price was comparable to a Sydney Hotel that I often stay at, yet so below that standard. I would not recommend this Hotel for good valve at all on a Friday night or weekend. Probably highly unlikely I would ever stay again!

Black mould and dilapidated

The room stunk like mould. Had black mould all over the curtains. Dirty marks on walls. Bathroom door was chopped along the bottom and the bathroom floor has stains. Bathroom tiles had pink mould in the grout. The chair had sweat stains on it. The outside furniture didn't match. For $360, it was NOT 5 star. It was 3 star, if that. Gross place. I came away feeling dirty and I felt short changed. Got my money back but wish I had never stayed there. Vile.
