O colchão era extremamente velho e completamente deformado. Solicitei a troca no primeiro dia D. minha estadia e o hotel se limitou a trocar o pillow top o que não resolveu em nada o desconforto. O hotel ainda disse que não teria outro colchão para troca. Foram 3 noites mal dormidas. O banheiro possui uma configuração não aceitável para os padrões da rede Accor, o vaso e o chuveiro, compartilham o mesmo espaço (não há box). Certamente o pior banheiro D. hotel que já me hospedei. Como pontos positivos: o café da manhã que possuía farta opções, assim como o bom atendimento da equipe do café e a localização do hotel.
