Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that your stay wasn't as comfortable as you had hoped. We do try to be as transparent as possible, which is why we note on our website that our property does not feature air conditioning. However, we completely understand how uncomfortable the heat can be. Regarding the room decor, we are excited to share that a major renovation has been officially scheduled for the end of this year to fully update our spaces. We appreciate your comments about the workspace as well, as it helps us identify areas for improvement during our upcoming refresh. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back to a completely updated experience in the future.
