I liked this hotel, which offers good accommodation and services in its price-range. It was good value, at least when I stayed there during a busy tourist period. The hotel is well- un and maintained. My room was on the small side (but that tends to be the norm in Stockholm), but perfectly adequate for one person, or even two. The staff were very hospitable and helpful. The location, just off Odenplen, is very good, and very well connected by bus and metro. Breakfast was very good and included with the room-price. There is an area in the basement where one can make tea and coffee. Overall, this was a good place to stay.

Make yourself tea because this a long and detailed review - this hotel deserves it. Firstly, let’s talk about how adorable this hotel is. The building and rooms have a old-style charm; my partner commented that they remind him of olde Parisian-style hotels and I have to agree. Our room featured a delightful heated bathroom floor, heater for the chilly nights, tea and coffee, windows that we could open for fresh breezes in the morning and a comfortable, squishy, delightful bed. Don’t let a bit of chipped paint scare you off, these rooms have all your modern comforts such a heating, bar fridge and a good sized shower! Next, let’s chat about the FREE BREKKIE. Yes, ladies and gentleman, free breakfast until 11am on the weekend and 9.30am on the weekdays. So all you fellow late sleepers, panic not - Breakfast you shall not miss! Plentiful options, from eggs, sausages, crepes, deli meats, cheeses, cereals, biscuits, crisp bread. What more do you want? Free tea and coffee 24/7 from the lounge. Try the hot chocolate. It’s amazing, I had it everyday because why not, really. No calories on vacation. It’s science. Next up, the staff. They’re hard-working here: they’ll answer your questions with a smiling face anytime! I found them all to be pleasant and polite. A round of applause! Finally, the location is fantastic. Train 2mins walk.. maybe 5mins walk if you ate too much at the free breakfast. Plentiful buses direct to most attractions. Easy walk to the city if you so please. Nice neighbourhood, plenty of food and coffee, all cuisines. Supermarket two seconds away. If ya need laundry, there is a good laundromat next door, 200SEK and the nice lady will wash and dry a load for you. All up, 10/10. Would I stay again? Yes. Should you stay here? Well, if you want a great value hotel in a great location, duh. Hot tip: ask for a room on the top floors. (Floor 3 had a nice view for us and good sized room).

The location of the hotel is right at Odenplan which is quite well located to take the metro into the centre of Stockholm or indeed a 15 minute walk through the outskirts. It is also only a short 5 minute walk from St Eriksplan which is one of the stops of the airport bus flygbussarna. This is the most economical way to get from the airport. The hotel itself is inconspicuous and indeed there is no desirable seating area in the lobby to enjoy a a comfort break. In the breakfast area downstairs there is a coffee bar which offers complimentary tea and coffee 24/7 in a small lounge. This was appreciated. The check-in was fast and efficient but alas no upgrade regardless of Accor status and I was given the single room at the top of the hotel. The room itself has a good footprint of size but the walkable area in indeed limited due to the slanting roof. The bed was a single but was comfortable. The room is only provided with the basics, a TV, small table and stool and a dressing table. The internet had a single sign in password and a very good strength and speed. There was no outlook and best to ask for a room facing the church. The bathroom is a wet room and suffers from having low water pressure and a sink with no mirror above. The room itself is basic and not up to par with other Ibis Styles hotels. The carpet stained, the lighting insufficient and an air conditioning unit that decides what it wants - hence the portable heater provided. I would recommend spending the extra on a double room, the single room is not up to Ibis Styles standard if that is what you are used to. Saving this review from 1 star, is the breakfast provided in the rate. It was a nice offering of hot, cold and local foods. There was a nice array of tasty delights along with fresh coffee. I will say the hatch were the trays are returned could do with cleaning as the walls are stained with drips of food from what looks like months of build up. Overall this is a decent budget hotel and the only Accor offering in Stockholm. However in my next visit to Stockholm I will have to stray from the brand and stay elsewhere.

Anyone know how to contact the hotel? Looking to find out if this hotel has a crib available.. We are coming in mid-June for a wedding with a 1 yr old and a 4 yr old. Or, can we take a room for 3 and rent a crib for the room? Just trying to find options with the hotel on how this might work out.

Doskonała lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżka, przestronny i cichy pokój, telewizor z chromecastem. Super. Jedyny minus to mikroskopijna łazienka, w której nie można usiąść prosto na toalecie, ponieważ przeszkadza umywalka. Było to szczególnie irytujące. Ładny wystrój, smaczne śniadania.
