Miraflores is a very swanky, touristy, expensive area of Lima. Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as part of Exoticca Tour. Great location - 15 minutes walk to beach. Map available at lobby. Fabulous breakfast (offerings changes daily) with variety of selection! Lots of excellent food places nearby, shopping, pharmacy a block behind the hotel. There is a gas station in the corner/across the street with 3 ATM's inside. Staff is hospitable and helpful. The rooms are basic and a bit cramped but clean and comfy.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We woke up to another guest entering our room. I have never felt so unsafe in a hotel before. When we called reception, they told us that we didn't make any sense. About 3 hours later, a staff member woke us up again by knocking on the door and was shocked to see us in the room, despite being the same person who gave us the key earlier that day. We went down to reception and they said that she forgot to update the system when she gave us a room. No apology was offered. Not acceptable. No one should be entering our room while we are sleeping and the hotel should have taken this more seriously. That was not a small mistake.

Horrid experience, small rooms, bad food, non functioning TV. We had some come into our room in the middle of the night with the same room assignment, then interrupted by calls. Had several other travel mates that had the same experience. The power outlet did not function as well. Breakfast setup is really bad as the coffee machine blocked access to plates, utensils and glasses. Limited food after the first hour of buffet service for breakfast

Good location, comfy bed, warm shower, great breakfast. What more could you want?

Lovely friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Unfortunately, we only realised that the rooms are noise protected when we closed the open window! Wow, what a difference. Hotel is in a good location for leisurely walks to the clifftops. Enjoyed perusing the shopping mall and watching the hang gliders take off on the cliffs

Room was nice and certainly served our purpose. It was definitely the darkest room on the trip which we really appreciated. Had a very nice shower. Small bed but comfortable breakfast choices. Very day-to-day. Couple days were good couple not quite as exciting. Would not have a problem staying there again.
