This hotel located in front of Monorail Station, and there are 2 convenience stores. I will recommend for the person who prefer to stay at quiet area & late arrival traveler to Okinawa. They serves Awamori (Okinawa Traditional Sake Alcohol) at Breakfast Buffet Counter.

During my stay, I had a lot of problems with the Accor ALL loyalty program (they locked my account without telling me and was not able to provide a solution to solve the situation quickly. I had to call them more than 5 times but it was too late because I had to check out. I wasted more than 5 hours in total just to call the global helpdesk). However, the Hotal front desk staffs were very helpful, especially Arakawa San and Aso San, They helped to contact the global helpdesk and provided me steps to unlock my account. If it was not for them, my stay would not be so pleasent. Thank you so much to the Hotel front desk staffs.

It was at a very good location near monorail and only few stops from airport. But not near shopping area. Plus points for being thoughtful, giving guest free takeaway snacks/buns & bottled drinks for quick breakfast..All good except mattress & pillows too soft, but appreciate staff provide harder pillows when requested.

Next to Tsubogawa monorail which makes it easy to take monorail from airport. Family Mart and laundry in next building. Very convenient for people using Bundukan or sports facilities opposite canal. Superb breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The location is excellent with less than 5mins walk from monorail station. It is only 2 stations to the Naha shopping street. There is also a public parking building next to the hotel if you will rent a car for the visit. The staff's english is proficient and are helpful. However, there is not much choice for the buffet breakfast and the room is a bit old but clean.

Hotel location was convenient and near to the monorail station. Front desk staff, Ms. Yuko Ano and Mr. Rikuto Shinzato, were very helpful, friendly and engaging. I had been injured due to fall down at the lobby on the first floor, Ms. Yukiko Murota and her team did everything possible to show their caring. Thank you so much.

Nice Stay in Okinawa

Good location connected to monorail. Good side is that services are good and staffs are willing to go extra miles to serve clients such as late check out and room upgrade. Down sides are hotel has no swimming pool, no gym facility, no bar, and no room services.

Right next to Monorail station. One station apart from Naha Bus Terminal where you can get to most places in the island. Walkable distance to convenience stores and super markets, though few restaurants were nearby.Sound proofing in the toilet may need to be improved as one can easily hear noise of water pipe at night.

Every time they go to Okinawa, hotel, are familiar with room and breakfast. The found room also provides guests free use of mobile phones, but hope to be able to provide a relatively new model used for the guest, thank you!

Such a nice location away from the main city centre. The close monorail was just great with ample of facilities around the hotel. Staff were all great and accommodating for all my needs. It was a nice touch at checkout that they noticed that I didn't utilities my welcome drink and offered a farewell drink on the go, thumbs up for her. Room had enough space and that 'handy' phone, what a great add to the facilities for the guest. In room movies were a little out dated but good for a night in if you wish to.

Firstly, I have to thank to the management and all staffs of Mercure Okinawa Naha as I am so very impressive since entering. The hotel is located next to the monorail station which you will never miss or get loss :) The room is very very nice together with the service friendly from all hotel staffs. The breakfast serve in several type of foods with so delicious.(( I will miss its)I will come back here with my friends again for sure.

Service is top Japanese style service and the staff are really good in English. Hotel a bit worn out, but high quality cleanliness is still maintained. The queue for the breakfast buffet could be quite lengthy, we were a bit caught out of that and did not have enough time to enjoy breakfast before our 10am flight back to Tokyo.

Heard so much about this island for the beautiful ocean . There isn't much to do in Naha city , but we get to understand the history of the kingdom by visiting the museum . Day trip mono rail ticket is useful to move around.

The hotel is located next to a monorail station and it is two stations away from the shopping street. The location is not that convenient if you go back after crazy shopping. However, it is situated in a quiet area. Hotel staff members are nice and friendly. Room is clean and tidy.

Good location and appeared the best place to stay in Naha.Hotel near Tsubogawa Mono Rail station.Near a family mart and within less than 1 min.The OTS car rental counter just located in the hotel robby.

I was upgraded to a deluxe room. The room was cleaened and equiped with an air cleaner. Breackfast was so good as another mercure and Novotel in the world. A Lobster in lunch was very delicious. Cost performance is very good for a hotel in Naha.

Bad wifi

Overall is ok, big room, very near the station. But wifi were under standard than other hotel I had visited in Japan. Bathroom was quite clean but smell bad. Hotel staffs speak English well but lack of information for tourist.

The hotel room is new and cozy. Only the service is so-so. I need to take the baggage from lobby to my room myself. The price of call taxi in hotel is higher than you get one on the street. They claim 5800 yen taxi fare from hotel to airport and I get one myself with 1800 yen only.

Very convenient location. Easy access from the airport even by monorail. Everything close from convenience story to supermarket, to car rentals to parking facilities, etc. At the same time it is not in the middle of the city center hustle and bustle, so if you want to enjoy a walk in the park, you can do it. Access to Kokusai Dori is very easy by monorail or taxi. Facilities are very good. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but very good. The only complaint, Wi-Fi gets slow in the evenings. I suspect everyone starts using it then.
