호텔의 시설이나 프론트서비스는 좋습니다. 카페시설이나 식당시설이 좀 부족해보입니다만 그것은 아마 호텔정책상 어쩔 수 없어 보입니다. 다행히 호텔 바로 맞은 편에 편의점이 있어서 필요한 음료,음식이나 물품을 구입할 수 있기 때문에 불편함이 해소됩니다.

쓰보가와역 바로 앞이라서 공항에서 금방 도착할 수 있었고, 유이레일 2일권을 끊어서 시내관광, 슈리성 관광등을 하기에도 매우 좋았음. 돈키호테 매장이 호텔에서 걸어서 3분 거리라서 기념품 쇼핑에도 편리했음. 객실 깨끗하고, 주변 경관도 훌륭했음. 객실에 따뜻한 물이 정말 잘나와서 매일 관광 후 객실에 돌아와 반신욕을 하며 여독을 풀었음. 객실에 물과 커피등 서비스도 좋았음. 조식도 다양하고 06:30-10:30까지 이용시간도 길어서 아주 만족했음. 단 하나의 단점으로 객실의 조명이 좀 부족했음. 메인 조명이 하나 있었다면 책을 볼때 도움이 되었을 것임.

호텔 직원들(리셉션, 클리닝 등등) 모두 친절하시고 지가 뭘 원하는지 빠르게 파악하고 서비스를 제공해줌. 위치도 모노레일과 아주 가깝고 편하게 여행하기 좋은 곳이 있다. 가격도 합리적이고 전체적인 퀄리티가 높다.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January, 2024. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was super clean and the breakfast was really good. The view from our window was great! The staff was very helpful. We hope that we will come back again.
