Das Hotel sieht ziemlich abgewohnt aus. Im Zimmer waren überall Kratzer und Macken an den Schränken. Die Wände könnten auch einmal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen. Es war überall sauber und ordentlich. Es kann sich darüber streiten lassen, ob ein Zimmer, dass in einem der oberen Stockwerke liegen soll, dann schon in der Mitte des Gebäudes sein sollte. Leider sind die Fenster auch nur bedingt isoliert, sodass man schon die Geräusche von draußen gehört hat. Praktisch an dem Hotel ist die direkte Anbindung an die Monorail.

insgesamt sehr freundliches, kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal: am Front Desk Unterstützung für unsere Ausflüge oder Restaurant Besuche, der sehr aufmerksame Service beim hervorragenden Frühstück trotz der Sprachbarrieren oder die sehr gute Zimmer Reinigung. Die Lage ist für uns sehr ruhig und günstig: Mono Rail in 2 Minuten erreichbar, Bushaltestellen in fünf, auch kleine Fußwege zur Erkundung der Innenstadt von Naha sind durchaus machbar. Es gibt in der Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants.
