Dear 568yananl First of all, please allow us to once again extend our sincerest apologies for the series of unpleasant experiences you encountered during your stay at Sofitel Foshan. You deserved a comfortable and enjoyable journey, but due to our significant operational errors, we caused you great inconvenience and disappointment, which completely contradicts the service promise of the Sofitel brand. Regarding the facts you pointed out, after internal verification, we confirm that this was due to a failure in our sales department—after your booking was confirmed, they did not promptly notify the front desk to process it, resulting in unsynchronized system information and leaving us unable to provide you with a room upon your late-night arrival. This was a serious failure in our internal procedures. Regarding the luggage you mentioned, we have verified with our staff that it could still be pushed and pulled normally after the fall, and no abnormalities were detected at the time. However, after receiving your feedback, we actively took steps to provide service recovery. For the management loopholes, service deficiencies, and inadequate communication revealed in this incident, we once again offer our most sincere apologies. We fully understand that no explanation can completely make up for the distress this experience has caused you, but we still hope to have the opportunity to truly rectify our mistakes. We sincerely invite you to stay at our hotel again at your convenience.
