We had a few issues with check in on the booking.com side but the lady at check in (I wish I got her name) was so great finding us another room and ensuring everything was smooth So to whoever checked us in on Saturday 25/1 at around 3pm thank you 😊

Absolutely awful. I will never go to this hotel again, and I have been to many in my lifetime. We arrived at 2.30pm. Upon arrival the lady at the reception was lovely. She checked me in and gave me the key. We booked a family room. 2 adults and 3 boys (15, 11 & 8). When we came in we couldn't believe what we were seeing. All the rooms are the same, for 1 person, 2 people, family, deluxe, it's all the same. The only difference is that they stuff the rooms full with beds. You can't move without bumping into anyone. We booked the room for 4 nights, but i couldn't do this for one. The curtains had holes, and the room wasnt clean. And tiny is an understatement. My husband and myself walked down to the reception and explained and showed photos of the curtain and told them we can't stay there at all. I believe the manager came over and told me had a different room he wanted to show us. He showed us and again the same issue, tiny. I told him no, and then he said we have a 2 bedroom apartment. I told him we'd have a look. When we had a look, we agreed it was ok to do for 4 days. The breakfast buffet is ok, but it never gets cleaned. The hallway doesn't get vaccuumed there was a "hot" chip in the hallway the day we arrived and today an hour ago it was still there. Our room hasn't been serviced. I've asked them to do it yesterday, and they didn't do it, i told them today, and asked again for today and still they hadn't done it. We don't have clean towels or clean sheets, not a vacuum has gone through it. This is absolutely awful. I told the manager again today and he said he would let someone come by at 5.30pm and now it's 7.11pm and still no one has arrived. We had breakfast this morning, the table we sat at was still dirty. The lady who was "helping" just sat there, when I told her the table needed a clean, she handed me the towel and the spray to clean it. Yes I had to do it. She sat there and hardly moved in her hoodie. We paid $1007 for 4 nights, and its an absolute waste of money to stay here. I do NOT recommend staying here at all. Never.

Tired and unloved

The good part of this hotel is its location, wifi and it is cheap. It is definitely not a place I would consider 4 star. I suggest it is a 2 star hotel. The room was.ok but we had to request new bedding as the topper mattress was terribly stained with what appeared to be chunks of vomit! We showed reception a photo and the cover was replaced. We booked because the hotel had a pool and when we took the three littlies for a swim the pool was closed "for the day". Which extended for the full duration of our stay. We saw many other family groups going to the pool. The hotel looked tired and unloved. We would not advise staying here.

one of the worst hotel we ever stayed in Australia. didn't change bedsheets ,pillow case , everything is broken, tv doesnt work, there is no toilet paper etc . we paid for breakfast but they said everything finished even before they closed and breakfast area was dirty .

Don't waste your money

From the moment I walked into the moment I checked out i felt like my skin was crawling! Check In: When I Checked in the "Concierge" was rude and had no issue swearing just in normal conversation and was playing heavy metal over the foyer speaker as she doesn't like the standard "Sh*t" to which I just ignored. Room: When I entered my room, I was hit it the face with a very stagnate wet smell, the floor was stained the curtains were ripped and had a weird discoloration to them as if they were used to wipe something up. The queen bed looked clean but upon inspection it had been remade with dirty linen so I checked the single bed in the room which looked like it hadn't been used or slept in - I slept onto of the bed as I felt like I would catch something if I slept under the covers! (I asked for a new room, but they were fully booked) Because of the smell I had to leave the room and go out as it was giving me a headache. Check Out: Check out was simple enough as they had a drop box for the Key Receipt: I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me as their printer was not working at the time but once I returned to my office to clear my expenses there was no receipt and i have been trying to get in contact with the for the past 2 weeks with zero success as they never answer the phone!!!!! AVOID THIS FACILITY AT ALL COSTS
