Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the hotel's location, Wi-Fi, and value for money to be positive aspects of your stay. However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered with the cleanliness of the room and the condition of the mattress topper. We take cleanliness and comfort very seriously, and I apologize for the oversight. I’m glad we were able to address the issue promptly by replacing the bedding, but I completely understand how this impacted your experience. I also regret that the pool was closed during your visit. Unfortunately, the pool underwent unexpected maintenance, which resulted in its temporary closure. We understand how disappointing this must have been for your family, especially as you had booked with the intention of using it. We will ensure better communication in the future regarding such matters. We appreciate your feedback on the overall condition of the hotel, and I can assure you that we are actively working on improvements to address the concerns you've raised.
