Tourist trap.

Be prepared for spending half of your salary. They will suck every dollar from your wallet. Food is horrible: or you eat a disgusting pizza, or you eat a terrible burguer. Or you can bbq your own if you pay 40aud for a piece of meat. Breakfast? 40 aud . Want to buy a bottle of average 12 aud supermarket wine? 50 aud. You are forced to drink the entire bottle and if you dont drink it you cannot take it to the room. In summary, stock before you go or better to sleep in the car. We are asked to respect indigenous property, and we are happily doing it. But it is curious how the resort uses the opportunity to steal every dollar as possible from people all over the world that just want to know a new culture.

We were here to do every thing but sit in the room, just a place to sleep, so it met expectations in that way. There were a few annoying things, such as no napkins in the room, no plugs anywhere near the bed, a hard vs a key card and poor wifi reception. Rooms haven’t seen much updates than they were built Im sure of it. The price reflected these shortcomings as it was afforable.

Stayed in a double hotel room with bathroom. Was fairly clean however rooms very old, walls need painting (some yukky marks). Smell like old smoke. Bed comfy and cosy. Convenient small fridge and kettle with some welcomed tea bags. Our hot water didn’t work so had Luke warm showers but when reported to customer service they were very good about it. Over priced for what it is but everything in this part of the world is. Lovely gardens, good coffee, breakky spread was $40 but looked good. They have a bar/bistro but didn’t try the food as didn’t seem to have much healthy stuff on the menu. Good little hill up the back to see the sunset/sunrise. Staff very lovely.

Great location and rooms were very comfortable. Access to restaurants, bistro and music/bar great. The free shuttle bus to the other resorts was every 20 minutes and was on time. All tours were on time also. You can even see the sunset over Uluru from the resort. Prices for breakfast everywhere were expensive though. Be prepared. Can get cold in the morning during May.

This hotel is superb - there is a difference between the hotel and the lodge, I stayed in the hotel and it was faultless. The rooms were nicer than some of the 5 star ones I've stayed in with high quality toiletries, tea and coffee etc and such comfy beds. The hotel staff were brilliant and so helpful and the facilities and eateries were better than sails in the desert and all the tours and trips pick up outside. Couldn't fault it, amazing experience!
