Sorry for the late review but I honestly thought I'd done it. We stayed here in March 2025 and are only a couple of weeks from coming back, so to me that says a great deal. If it was bad we'd have stayed elsewhere. The rooms were clean and decent and the staff were very kind. There was a few guests complaining while we were there but they were laughing around the pool about the compensation they intended to claim. We found our stay to be very good. The breakfast buffet had very few English foods but Bacon, baked beans and fried eggs or omelette could be ordered. Only criticism was no orange juice. Always seemed to have watermelon juice, and I hate watermelon lol 😆 no big deal I got some from the supermarket. We only stayed 2 weeks last year and this time we have chosen 3 weeks and have every intention of returning at least once a year.

Overall Good Experience.

Good property , location is 10- 15 min drive from 3 beaches - calangute, candolim, Baga . Nice buffet breakfast , helpful, prompt and cordial staff. The hotel was clean , however the beddings were dusty , but the same was changed immediately on request.

This hotel is a joke i’m checking in there was a big argument about noise with another guest. my friend has had three different rooms already. The noise is constant all night early morning. I have spoken to the manager many times and he has not done anything about it. they will not cater for an English breakfast for us. I can say many more things about this hotel.
