1. 3일간 아침조식의 변화가 너무 없으며 실제로 소비자가 잘 먹을수 있는 음식을 잘 체크하여 준비하여 야 할 필요가 있다고 보며
2. 특히 아침준비 6시30분경이 늦으며 나의 첫날 아침 국수 준비하는 직원이 국수를 삼고 육수가 준비되지 않아 국수 삶은 물에 국수를 담아 주어 너무 황당했습니다. 이직원은 체크하여 재교육이 필요하리라봅니다
3. 또한 아침부페에 근무하는 직원들의 표정이 좀 밝았으면합니다. 모두 무표정과 무관심트로 보입니다

컨시어지 및 하우스키퍼 응대 친절해서 기분이 좋았어요.. 조식당 에그베네딕트를 메뉴에 있어서 요청했는데 10분 기다리라 해서 10분 후 갔는데 5분 더 기다리라 하더니 옆에서 기다리니 직원들끼리 뭐라뭐라 하더니 만들어는 주는데 불친절해서 불편했어요. 차라리 메뉴에 없었으면 주문 안 했을텐데 써놓고 싫은 티를 내니 5성급 조식에 맞지 않는다 생각했어요. 다른 건 다 좋았어요

지하철역이 바로 앞이라 대중교통으로 관광지로 이동이 편리했습니다. 다만 호텔 근처 도로는 교통이 조금 복잡하기 해서 트래픽이 좀 있긴 했습니다. 시설은 좀 연식이 되는데 관리를 잘해서 그런지 수박하는데에는 불편한점 없었습니다.
