C'erano dei lavori di ristrutturazione in corso nella hall, dove veniva anche servita la colazione al limite con le norme igeniche. C'erano porte accatastate e scatoloni impilati. Il pavimento aveva una parte con le piastrelle una parte ancora senza, con una teiera di acqua bollente sono inciampata sul bordo delle piastrelle già posate rischiando di ustionarmi. Ho chiesto un rimborso ma non ho trovato disponibilità da parte della reception. Trovo inammissibile accettare prenotazioni alla tariffa piena senza neanche avvisare dello stato dell'hotel.

Mi sono trovata bene, personale gentile e sempre a disposizione. Camere pulite Unico grosso disappunto la camera allocata in un secondo piano senza ascensore. Nella descrizione ciò non era riportato, altrimenti non avrei prenotato.
