Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your opinion and comment with us, I understand your dissatisfaction and disappointment and I ask you to accept our apologies. Our F&B manager took an individual initiative and for this I assure you all my commitment to give him a disciplinary action. For us this service is unacceptable and for this I ask you to give us another opportunity, because I assure you that all our services are highly appreciated by our guests. I hope you understand our mistake and accept my personal apologies. I hope you and your group come back to our Hotel to appreciate our daily and normal standard. Sorry again
