Mercure Chaweng We stayed here in a beach wing, pool view deluxe room for two nights in January. What a great hotel! Rooms are a good size and well decorated. Lots of bench space in the bathroom, which is a rarity these days. Good shower with overc head rain shower and hand held also. Bed is comfortable, air conditioning is cold. The vibe of the hotel is very relaxing and peaceful and you have direct access to the beach from the pool and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is good and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is cold, but refreshing and they have a swim up bar with multiple different happy hours throughout the hotel. I will defintely be back to stay on my next trip in May Our platinum Accor status was recognised at check in, no room upgrade due to the hotel being at capacity

The hotel is spectacular and exceptionally clean. Our room was spacious, featuring a king-size bed and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We did encounter a very noisy couple in the room next to ours, but the front desk staff—especially Nancy—went above and beyond to ensure our stay remained peaceful and comfortable. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, making sure our room was cleaned daily. The restaurant staffs were amazingly friendly and helpful, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Napa, Poppap and Rai who were extremely generous and attentive. The pool bars serve excellent cocktails, which we truly enjoyed. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Perfect experience at Mercure, the hotel is what we expected, and the staff are very helpful, especially Nancy at the reception. Our room was linked to the swimming pool and it was very nice! Restaurant and bars are great as well, that was just all we needed for a great vacation. Amazing experience!

The experience of complete relaxation and fun started the moment we arrived at the Mercure, from the open air lobby to the pristine beach front. The staff are so very friendly and welcoming, nothing was ever to much trouble for them to do. They were always so warm and friendly. We would certainly visit again. Thankyou to all the lovely staff your friendly ways made the trip all the more special.

Incredibly warm welcome from the front desk team. Room modern and spacious although could do with another chair and table. Lunch/dinner superb - fresh, tasty and well presented. Friendly staff at the rooftop bar and well-made cocktails. The pool access rooms are a must if you love the water like me - brilliant to simply step out of your room and into the large and interesting pool. Could do with longer opening hours though. Good selection of shops and bars/restaurants within a few minutes walk. Would stay again.
