Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, We take pride in providing excellent service to our customers. it's apparent in this case that we fell short that we can not complete deliver as your expected for this stay. Since hotel has 2 separate building " City building" across the street and "Beach building" on the opposite of the road with different price and facilities offer. We've tried our best to communicate with our customer including mentioned on the website that can see publicly and it's work well with majority of booking that can choose to book city building or beach building according to their needs. Hopefully we will have a chance to welcome you at deluxe building in the future in order to serve you better experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. We understand your disappointment regarding the room allocation and the condition of the older building, and we apologize for not delivering the standard you had hoped for. Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed feedback! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you had a wonderful stay at Mercure Koh Samui. It’s great to know that you enjoyed your time in the Garden Wing, the pool at the beach wing, and the cocktails during happy hour – sounds like you truly made the most of everything we have to offer! We really appreciate your suggestion regarding more vegan options, and we will certainly look into expanding our menu to include plant-based milk, dairy-free desserts, and tofu alternatives. We want to ensure that all our guests have plenty of delicious options to choose from, and your input will help us improve in this area.
