I have stayed at this hotel for the first time. I really like and enjoy this hotel because of the very friendly staff from reception, housekeeping, security and also the restaurant staff, especially the girl named Sela (if I'm not mistaken). The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The most excited when I got a surprise from the hotel by giving me 2 slide cakes and they sang for my birthday. I did not expect and this memories that I will never forget. I will come to stay here again when I come to Jakarta. This hotel is highly recommended because providing excellent service to guests. Sorry if i did not mention every staff name but you know who you are. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Special service when breakfast

I was late in breakfast, when i arrived in restaurant at 10 am, the meals were going to clean up. Before, i was upset caused my own false of late. But the staff helped me and prepare food for my breakfast on the special plate. So i was impressed with the serving. The staff name is Sela. So i gave 5 stars of their service 😊

Worked for a year, and has been executing excellence service for 2 year in a row! Big thanks to Yeni and Ucok who help delegate the job layout for event. All staff who works throughout the event are super receptive as well. Special mention for Sandi, Bayu and Maskon. Would always reccomend for a spot to host great event!

Everything is good, the staff can help to solve about my ASIP stuff . The location is so strategic. Minimarket is also near. All the staff know exaclty how to treat all kind the customer. Will consider to stay again in the future

Very disappointing experience

We booked non smoking room. At first the receptionist gave us the room at the 5th floor. We went to the room and the smoke smell was so strong. We couldnt stand it so we complained. Then they give us at the 9th floor. When we open the room we were so shocked. There were other people inside and the room was actually occupied. We complain again. And finally they gave us another room. The room was so dirty. Alot of stains on the bed sheet. Lots of small bugs even small cocroachs in the room. They also doesnt have any amenities. No toothbrush and no bar soap. As well as no floor mat. When we call the receptionist to ask for the toothbrush. They said that they didnt provide any bar soap and toothbrush anymore. And we couldnt even buy it from the hotel. Very disappointing
