I went to this hotel days ago, I remember the staff in front office was really helpful, they were polite too, it's one of best experiences in jakarta. Will definitely come back! The food they served also great! I like the dimsum anyway, people should try it

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo hotel situato nella zona di Kota. Non ci ha entusiasmato a differenza di altri hotel della stessa catena. La camera grande e pulita ma senza frigobar. Asciugamani richiesti più volte e mai arrivati. Assurdo che in reception non abbiano una piantina della zona e non sappiano indicarti come raggiungere le poche cose da vedere a Jakarta o non sappiano darti un consiglio su dove mangiare decentemente. Colazione esageratamente asiatica.

Per la prima ho prenotato un hotel prima di arrivare nella città, e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito sia per la posizione ottimale, che per la pulizia delle stanze . La posizione è nella vecchia Jakarta, certo troverete traffico caotico e in certi momenti quasi stressante per il numero di Taxi che suoneranno ad ogni vostro passo, ma la posizione rimane ottima . La staff , cosa molto più importante, si è mostrato gentile e disponibile, i ragazzi del bar sono straordinari per la simpatia e gentilezza in particolare Satria (spero di averlo scritto bene) ti tengono compagnia mentre bevi una birra, socializzando con te e scambiando opinioni sulla proprie esperienze di vita . Consigliato a famiglie e viaggiatori singoli come me .

Un grand hôtel comodo, con una bella colazione e con stanze spaziose. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questa struttura che si trova nezza zona vecchia della città. Zona molto trafficata, caotica e anche molto sporca. Ci sono zone di invece zone di Jakarta moderne, piene di centri commerciali e uffici ed eleganti abitazioni. L'hotel è tattico se si vuole visitare il centro vecchio, il porto e la vecchia Batavia. Ha un buffet ricco per colazione per tutti i gusti, occidentali ed asiatici. Wi-fi nelle stanze è abbastanza buono anche se a volte si sconnette. Buoni i servizi in generale. La hall è spaziosa ma non particolarmente bella e funzionale.

Arrivati in hotel distrutti abbiamo chiesto una camera doppia ci hanno dato la tariffa al banco di 800 rupie, su booking la quotazione era di 400 rupie! Ho chiesto al personale di poter avere la tariffa di booking...loro mi hanno risposto in modo sgarbato che non potevano farmi la stessa quotazione!! Assurdo: ho così preso la password wifi ed ho prenotato la camera tramite booking dal mio cellulare dando una carta di credito a garanzia! Ho fatto il check-in mi hanno prelevato il costo della notte senza chiedermelo e.. mi hanno chiesto altre 300 rupie in contanti se no mi avrebbero chiuso il minibar!! Davvero assurdo..La camera abbastanza grande ma l'aria condizionata faceva un gran rumore e così non son riuscita a dormire! Ci son molti hotel Migliori a jakarta!!!
