Ibis with Bathrobes but no Wifi

I have stayed in Ibis all over the world and like their budget oriented value offering. However, I have never stayed in such a spacious room as here. It came with bathrobes and slippers but no wifi. My room was changed twice but still no wifi and I finally gave up using my expensive hotspot. Also, this hotel is located on the Right Bank while all important landmarks are on the Left. Further, as in this part of the world, breakfast is pathetic with industrial quality fare focused on the local carnivores. Even the coffee tasted like gutter water.

Disgusting place. I booked a "premium" room but I was very disappointed. If my room was a "premium" I'm really sorry for guests with "casual" rooms... Cracking floors, old kettle, no bar or fridge. Just an old bed and shower are all that I have. Windows can't be opened and at the same time, A/C can't heat the room. It's just COLD in a room. Don't use breakfast here, it's overpriced cheap food, you can get breakfast twice for the same price and it would be good. 0/10 it must be 15$ per night, but the hotel administration pretends a lot...

Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

One of the best business hotel in Astana. I stayed here during 5 days because of my work trip. Good location, very helpfull and kind staff, nice city view, clean accommodation, bed was so cozy. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly, and the Accord standard are respected. The room are equipped as per Ibis standards. I cannot have negative to say. I just had the feeling that the hotel is getting a bit old.
