I stayed at Sofia Novotel this weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. The front office manager who checked me in was very kind and helpful. Next to him, the driver was cheerful and funny, creating a great first impression. My room was amazing—clean, warm, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were so perfect that I didn’t want to get up! One morning, I met the housekeeping team and the floor supervisor in the hallway. They were all so polite and friendly. My room was cleaned perfectly—thank you to the team for their great work. One evening, a receptionist called my room to send me a surprise—a beautiful fruit platter. It made me so happy and showed how thoughtful the staff are. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive. On Sunday morning, when I checked out, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. He made me feel like I was leaving my home. He even arranged a complimentary transfer to the bus station, which was a lovely gesture. The driver was also very friendly and made the trip fun. It felt like I was traveling with a friend. Thank you to the entire Sofia Novotel team for making my stay so special. Everything—the location, cleanliness, breakfast, and the amazing staff—was perfect. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. In just two days, it felt like home. Thank you!

I stayed in the Novotel for 24 hours while in transit. Starting with the friendly welcome from Ivan at the desk, the whole experience was smooth, hassle free and notable by the friendliness of the staff. I spend a good deal of my professional life in hotels - and this was exactly what I need for a ‘transit hotel’. Well done.

Excellent service which made me feel very welcome. Clean, with comfortable rooms and, most importantly, friendly personnel. I have to specifically mention Ekaterina in reception who was really helpful and willing to assist. Well done.

It was a great stay in Sofia. Extremely clean and cosy rooms. Nice city view in high floors. The staff was very friendly and quite generous for guest satisfaction. Our wedding anniversary trip has reached another level by the hospitality of the staff. I’d like to specially thank to Vanya for the warm welcome and Katya who specially interested about the quality of our stay.

Nice place. Quite and cosy place. I recommend it. Clean room. Good location. The room is big enough. Modern design. New rooms. A brand new hotel. Everything was ok. I don't have bad experience here. Free clean water in every floor. Very good place.
